We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover cards through our secure ordering shopping

2. What is your shipping
policy?
We have a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95
Orders received by 3:00 pm EST will be shipped the next day to anywhere in the continental U.S. We ship primarily
Monday-Wednesday (this is to ensure your cookies do not sit in a delivery truck
over the weekend). *Exception during peak holiday times, orders may be shipped on Thursday/Friday at our discretion.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not currently ship outside the U.S. or to P.O. Boxes.

3. Can you ship a package
overnight?
Yes! Please Contact
Us with so with the destination address so we can provide you a price.
Please be aware overnight orders are subject to the same time restrictions
stated above. For example: an overnight order placed on Monday will be shipped
Tuesday to arrive Wednesday.

4. What if the package does
not arrive?
Not Just Dessert cannot be responsible if an incorrect shipping address was
provided. Please double check your shipping address for accuracy!
If a package
is returned due to incorrect address, or if the recipient does not pick up their package, we will be happy
to send a replacement package at half price plus shipping.
Not Just Dessert is not responsible for shipping delays due to severe weather.

5. What shipping method
do you use?
We ship UPS ground and US priority mail, whichever will get to your destination
sooner. UPS recommends indicating the phone number of the recipient, in event
that a delivery cannot be made.

6. How do I ship to multiple
addresses?
We can accommodate your entire gift list! Unfortunately at this time we can
only process orders being shipped to one address on our online shopping cart.
You may place orders to multiple addresses either by phone to 508-697-3987, fax to 508-697-5294 or by entering each order individually online.

7. Can
you guarantee the date of delivery?
For all of our orders, we can guarantee the date it will be shipped, not the
exact date of arrival. Within the guidelines of our chosen shippers (UPS or
USPS), we will attempt to ship the product to arrive when you request. Additional
shipping options, such as UPS 2-Day Air service are available. Please Contact
Us for more details about these options.

8. Can
I place an order in advance?
It’s easy to place your orders early. Just indicate your desired future
shipping date at checkout. We will send you a confirmation that your order
and special instructions have been received as well as a confirmation once
your order has been shipped. It is never to early place an order (especially
for the peak holiday season of Thanksgiving to Christmas).

baked?
Our cookies are fresh baked to order. Our cookies are heat
sealed for freshness.

11. How long will the cookies
stay fresh?
Our products contain NO preservatives and should be enjoyed as soon as possible
after received. If you find you cannot consume all of the cookies that quickly
(although this rarely happens), just pop them in the freezer and allow them
to come to room temp before indulging.

12. Can you accommodate
large orders/client gifts?
Definitely! We can also customize your gift to include your business card.
We appreciate advance notice (especially during peak holiday season) so that
we can process your order in a timely manner. Quantity discounts may apply.

13. Can someone who has a nut allergy enjoy any of your products?
Unfortunately although some of our products may appear to not have nuts, they
may contain traces of nuts or nut oils. We must recommend that people who have
nut allergies NOT enjoy our cookies.

15. What is your cancellation
policy?

soon as possible if you decide to cancel an order. We need to be contacted
the day prior to shipping to stop an order (please view our shipping policy
above).

16. Can you tell me more about your decorated cookie favors?
All of our decorated cookies are custom. Each order is baked fresh using our delicious all butter cookie dough (no preservatives!) that we offer in a variety of flavors: Vanilla, Lemon, Almond, Cinnamon, Chocolate and Chocolate Chip. Our cookies are decorated with either rolled fondant, a sugar glace or royal icing.
Because each order is custom, we require a 1 dozen minimum per design. We also require a 1 week lead time, 2 weeks if your order is being shipped.
Prices include each cookie sealed individually in a bag and tied with a coordinating ribbon. Shipping is not included. Prices start at $3/each and will vary depending on complexity of the design.
We have galleries of cookies on our site, however they are not all inclusive- we can create almost any design. Please note that copyrighted characters cannot be made.

17. What are your Holiday
Ordering guidelines?
1) How do I place my
order early?
It’s easy to place your holiday orders early.
Just indicate your desired future shipping date at
checkout. We will send you a confirmation that your
order and special instructions have been received
as well as a confirmation once your order has been
shipped.
2) What is the last
day to order for Christmas delivery?
Christmas Ordering Deadline
Wednesday 12/16 for Decorated Party Favors or Gift Boxes
Sunday 12/20 for Cookie Pies
All orders in December will be shipped at the next available shipping date.
We strongly recommend shipping earlier in the month
of December. Orders can take longer than usual in
transit during the last week before Christmas.
Also
remember many businesses close and people take vacations
the week of Christmas. We will ship at our discretion Thursdays and Fridays during the month of December only.
3) Is there a discount for
large volume orders?
We can accommodate your entire client or gift list.
At this time we can only process shipping to one
address on our online shopping cart. To ship to multiple
addresses call us at 508-697-3987 or fax your order to us. Please indicate clearly next
to each address; gift card message, product being
ordered, and desired shipping dates. We will calculate
the shipping charges and applicable discounts for
you. Orders must be placed by 11/30 to
qualify for discounts. *Please note volume discounts cannot be combined with any other discount offers.
